Why did prices go up in January 2010?

humyo has not changed the price of your account, however the rate of Value Added Tax (VAT) levied by the UK government increased by 2.5% from 1st January 2010. Accordingly, if you are subject to UK VAT the price we charged you increased by 2.5% on 1st January 2010.

If you settle your account by PayPal, your PayPal subscription setup is configured to send us a fixed amount of money on specified dates. PayPal does not allow us to alter subscriptions so we were unable to adjust your PayPal subscription amount automatically. You will need to login to configure your payment method for the new amount.

  1. Cancel your current PayPal subscription by logging into PayPal, clicking "Profile", then "Pay List" in the "Financial Information" column and finally "Cancel" for the subscription to your humyo service. Cancelling your PayPal subscription does not cancel or impact your humyo account, it only stops further automatic payments being sent to us by PayPal

  2. Login to your humyo account to clear the outstanding invoice and configure the correct amount for future payments. Click "View all invoices" in the "My Account" or "Admin" section of your  humyo then click "Change payment method" or "Set up a regular payment". On the resulting page you will be able to pay any outstanding amount and set up payment for future charges in the correct amount.  We now have our own credit/debit card payment system and you may choose this or PayPal.
