Where can I obtain a telephone support authentication token?
To obtain a telephone support authentication token you must be logged in to your account. On our contact page you will see a link for 'Get Authentication Token', this will take you to our phone token page where your user id and token will be displayed. During the call you will be asked to enter your user id followed by your support token, if you have entered the details in correctly you will be transferred to our technical support desk.
