When we refer to ‘sharing’ we mean giving other people read only access to view your files and folders. If you want to allow other people to make changes to your files then you need to set up a teamspace folder instead.

You can share files stored in your humyo account in several ways:

Add specific people to the file or folder

This is the quickest and most secure way to share with specific people. You specify who to share with by e-mail address. They will receive an e-mail from humyo and the files you share will be visible in their humyo account (if they do not yet have a humyo account a free one will be created for them). Show me how.

Get a shareable link

You can add shareable links directly into e-mail, IM or post it on a web site. Anyone clicking the link will get direct access to the files you chose to share. You can disable the link at any time. This method is best for use in web pages and documents. Show me how

Publish directly to social media sites

You can share with your contacts on popular social media sites (directly from your humyo account). Show me how
