Only files which are supported by our media player for viewing or playback online are displayed in the Photos, Videos and Music views. You cannot force files in unsupported formats to be shown in the Photos, Videos or Music views.

You can still upload and store files in media formats we don't support and they will be accessible from the Files section where you can open then or download them back to your PC.
