Why can't I fetch a file from the web?
When you use the fetch from web feature or web browser plugin to download a file from the Internet, our server attempts to retrieve the file from the address you specify.
Since our server does not have any authentication information, cookies or session tokens that your web browser may be using when communicating with the web address directly, it may not be permitted to download the file.
Additionally, some web sites employ features to prevent direct downloads of files without first viewing certain pages or agreeing to certain terms. Since our server attempts to fetch the file directly without going through any such process, it may not be permitted to fetch the file.
Only direct links which do not require you to login or have any session state to access will work with the fetch from web feature. If a link will not work, we recommend that you download the file through your web browser, saving it to your local hard disk and uploading to your online storage space or if you have installed humyo SmartDrive you can save it directly to your SmartDrive.
